At ACS, we are the world’s largest vertically integrated manufacturer of knitted wire mesh. As leaders in the industry, we operate 500 knitting machines, 150 presses and dozens of custom built machinery. In addition to knitted wire mesh, we also offer Variable Expanded Metal and Perforated Metal, as well as services of slitting and laser welded tube forming. We are able to perforate material up to 16-gauge (0.9mm) thickness x 20” (500mm) wide., and can process various alloys, including 300/400 series stainless steels.
